This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications published by Jude Hathway ("we," "our," or "us"), including but not limited to GigSheet and any future applications.
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. All data you create within our apps (such as songs, setlists, preferences, and settings) is stored locally on your device and is never sent to any server.
Our apps use Apple's StoreKit for in-app subscriptions. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information, Apple ID, or any billing details. Apple's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
We do not use any analytics, tracking, or advertising frameworks. We do not collect usage data, crash reports, or device information.
We do not share any data with third parties because we do not collect any data.
All app data is stored locally on your device using Apple's built-in storage frameworks. We have no access to this data. If you delete the app, all locally stored data is permanently removed.
Our apps do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Since we collect no personal information from any user, our apps are safe for all ages.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
