Pouchspotting Privacy Policy

Effective July 2026

Pouchspotting is a photo hide-and-seek app. Here is everything it does with data:

What we store

• Your posts: photos you post, their captions, and a difficulty label.
• Your profile: the handle and avatar symbol you choose.
• Your interactions: likes, comments, and who you follow.

All of this is stored in Apple's iCloud (CloudKit) public database, tied to your iCloud account. Posts, comments, likes, follows, and your profile are public — that is the point of the app.

What we don't do

• No accounts, emails, or passwords — identity is your iCloud account, handled by Apple.
• No analytics, no ads, no trackers, no third-party SDKs.
• No location data. No contacts. No selling of anything to anyone.

Deleting your data

Delete any of your hides from the app (its likes and comments are removed with it). For full removal of your profile, use the support contact below.
